We usually pack your order the same day you order it! This tells us that we can provide you with a quick turnaround of the product you purchased. We usually ship to you within 1-2 business days, but check out this blog for a map of shipping times. If we have an item currently out of stock, your sales representatives will come to you and let you know. However, we regret to inform you that orders placed on weekends and holidays will be delivered with some delay!

Every order is shipped via Fed Ex with delivery confirmation. Everything is confidential, with no indication of product information inside.

Unless otherwise noted, the photos are an illustration of the products. Each product is specially handmade, thanks to the innovative feature of the art of glass blowing. Your glass will look the same shape and design, but some variations are possible.

Some products made of solid glass will not change color. Tubes that change color usually have a silver or gold stain, as indicated in the product description.

Each glass tube is made of thick-walled (also known as double-walled) Pyrex glass tubing. We use an annealing process to release the stresses from the glass created during the process. They are durable and resistant to heat shock and impact. However, keep in mind that glass in its original form can shatter if poorly cared for.

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed and shipped within three business days. Some orders take longer than others if they are out of stock. Some handmade glass tubes take up to three weeks. However, we will inform you of this when you place your order.

Usually there is no breakage, but if you receive a damaged item, we will replace it with an absolute zero charge. Just call your retailer and let us know.

By placing your order, you are confirming that you are a cardholder and giving us permission to charge the card you are using. In addition, you agree to the ordering rules and regulations below.
